Timing of your order and Shipping
Your bouquets will be produced and shipped within 2 weeks of confirmation of your order. Please allow for transit time when you plan your order. We are shipping from New York City, the zip code is 10001. In our experience, if you order 6 weeks in advance you will be completely ready for your event. Transit time can vary from a couple of days to a couple of weeks depending upon where you live. If you need your arrangements rushed, please call 888-294-4910 to hear about our special shipping arrangements, or select one of our expedited shipping services when you check out.
How will my order arrive?
Boxes sometimes arrive on different days because we separate the pieces into separate boxes to protect the delicate pompoms. If you get a box that contains a partial order, it means the rest of the order will arrive shortly. We aim to get your product to you well ahead of your event. To prevent any mishaps, open boxes, set up your bouquets and count all the parts as soon as you receive them. Call us if you need help assembling the bouquets.
Your Order may come in parts
We make and ship in parts, which are separated in shipment to protect the delicate pom-poms and to economize on shipping. Pom-poms, candy wands, and bases are shipped separately. When you receive your order, snap together the base, and slide the favors into base. If you have ordered the wands empty, fill the wands and attach the pompoms before assembling the bouquet.
Notify us within 36 hours if anything is missing. We are not responsible for boxes that are lost or stolen after being delivered by the shipping company, if they have documentation showing that it was delivered.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. EXCEPT if the items we sent you are damaged, have missing parts, or have incorrect colors. Please notify us immediately at 1.888.294.4910 and we will either issue the missing items, replacement for incorrect order, or a full refund immediately within 3 business days.
If you place an order, and then decide to cancel the order, there will be a 25% restocking fee only if the item hasn’t been processed or shipped.
